• Nutrition data: meals, ingredients, macros, calories, hydration logs, and saved foods you create.
• Workout data: workouts, duration, intensity, and estimated calorie burn.
• Household data: household membership, invite codes you generate or accept, and shared dashboard activity.
• Feedback messages: any feedback, bug reports, or questions you submit through Contact Us.
• Analytics: basic, anonymous usage events to help us improve the product.

We use your data to operate Waves Tracking, power your household and tracking features, respond to feedback, and improve the product.

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is protected by row-level security so other users cannot read your records, except as you explicitly share with your household.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only visible to other users when you choose to share it (for example, by joining a household).

You can delete your account from the Profile page at any time. Deleting your account removes your associated data.
